Temple of elemental evil
Knights of the old republic
those are two best bets.
Lionheart and vampire look cool but I will wait for reviews. Sacred also.
Riftrunner I would definitely get also, but I dont predict it will be out for a long time. I believe divine divinity took five years or something like that I dont feel like looking it up. A long time. |

Here's a recent quote from Larian's Swen Vincke...
quote:
Swen: Riftrunner’s development is at an advanced stage. If it carries on reaching its milestones then we will have the game fully developed and ready by the end of Q4.
In terms of release date, well we are in the process of organizing Riftrunner to have a simultaneous worldwide release, but as a consequence there is a small chance that we may move the release date to very early Q1. But it won’t suffer from any major slippage.

Larian really doesn't need to get Riftrunner out until December or January anyway. This game was practically just announced and to be playing it so soon is definately going to be a treat. |

Well I already have age of wonders shadow magic and that is great.
Its hard to say when all of these games on your list are going to become reality.
You can be sure kotr is coming out, and lionheart because they are already done. Gothic 2 also but I have the euro version.
Ill definitely get half life 2 everyone will get that sight unseen. So many of those other games are already into next year and beyond.
Im interested in bloody magic, conan, dungeon lords, and many others too but I cant think that far into the future lol. It always takes much longer than they say. |

All of those i am fairly sure will release sometime. That list is the games that i have my eye on. Who knows when they will release. I doubt any of those will be cancelled, they arent low budget games. |

When I said Avernum 2, I meant Geneforge 2. Avernum 2 came out years ago.
By the way, Geneforge 2 is just out now. _________________ Ha, Ha, Ha.... Oh, you were SERIOUS?

Geneforge 2 is only out for the Mac, though. Not so many of us have Macs. |

Plan on getting Gothic II asap. Also cannot wait for Arx Fatalis II. I'm really hooked on that one. _________________ =Member of the Nonflamers Guild=

I'm not looking very hard right now, quite honestly, but ToEE and UFO:Aftermath (X-Com derivitive) are staying on my radar. I'm waiting for Galactic Civilizations to drop in price, too. It appears I'm drifting back to turn-based strategy games due to the lull in RPGs. _________________ =Proud Member of the Non-Flamers Guild=

Is Summoner 2 going to be released for PC? I thought it was a PS2 only game!! I enjoyed the first one. _________________ If God said it, then that settles it!

I don't think so - but it's a pity. Summoner wasn't a 'classic' but it was a bit of fun! |

One game Just one... other then the rest I mean |
|
I want Fallout 3, that is simply it really. I want my trilogy of amazingness because good things always come in threes - though you could argue it already has with the venerable predeccesor Wasteland or barring that include Tactics, but don't because you would be ending my wish list - to be complete with a mighty third insallment (and preferably an editor so that I could make my own big campaign things). Other than that I will throw my chips in for ToEE and KOTOR (on PC) with the reast of the group. |
