| Another day, another adventure... The Monk chronicle. |

That morning, it rained. The pouring water washed away the dried blood from my knuckles as I ate some bread to quench my hunger. I have been in the wilderness for two days now without seeing any signs of civilization, except for a pilgrim or two that asked the way.
The sujamma ached in my head, perhaps I drank to much, but it drains my sorrows and give me the will to carry on. The monastary wouldnt like it, and god will surely send me to hell, but how can he do that when I am already here?
I am satisfied with the dagger I took from the temple. The glass almost gleamed when I removed it from my backpack, the gleam filled my heart with hope. Although I have sworn to not put my trust in posessions it would at least help me to afford my training, if I only could find a decent trainer... I put it back into my backpack, and removed my shoes. After that I walked down to the beach, cooling my feet in the cold water. A moment later the sky cleared up, letting through the first rays of the morning sun.
It was time to go on, towards the horizon, towards new adventures.
