Fountain in SE Wilderness?

There's a fountain here that doesn't seem to do anything. It's got a psi-shark statue in the middle. It seems very unusual to find a fountain in the middle of nowhere, so I was curious if I'm missing something. I don't get a "hand" pointer anywhere on the fountain, water, or statue. There's no sign to touch, either.

I saw it too, but never figured out what to do with it.

I never figured anything out about it. Seems to just be a landmark.

I suppose you could wash the blood off your weapons too.
