Some people think we chat with Kai Rosenkrantz or something! 
The closest I've ever got to that was a recent mail from him saying:
"the release date for your country is not yet fixed. we're estimating gothic
II to be released in norway in the first quarter of 2003, but that's all i
can say right now.
as soon as the foreign language versions are scheduled, i'll put a list
together and publish it on the official website."
So, there you have it, that's what we know(at least I don't know any more than I've been told.. ). |

Maylander, when I said you must think I am referring to the original Gothic, I was talking to Kiwi Boy. Sorry, once again I assumed you'd understand...  Yes, the dates you gave me are obvious indications that your aware of the topic at hand.
Those of you that think Gothic won't be out next month -- SCREW YOU! Just kidding.  IT BETTER BE OUT NEXT MONTH!!!

I agree! If it isn't out by the end of February I think I'll go mad.. even that wouldn't be bad as long as the could ship the game to me at the mental institution.. |

I'm really really sorry for causing all kinds of misunderstanding.  I think I've turned crazy because I was waiting for the game for too long... Probably I should go to a mental doctor...

From that news item, it seems like they are very close to release. They said it's finished, pretty much.
I sure hope it's late January or at least early February. In the space between the German release and the English, I could've learned German. |
