I think you can only shave your head in gothic with the german mod program. |

No, I am using the American version. If you find the Swamp Witch (very hard), there is a secret door inside her hut - go through that and you will find a barber.

A barber? I thought she just teaches you the "Shave Head" skill (50 ore, 1 skillpoint), and you can later shave your own head or others...
