Where is the key to the cabin on the paladins ship?

You only get that key once in the game, from the captain of your ship, in CH5. Wont get it before. Captain being, of course, either Torlof, Jorgen or Jack.

What is interesting, is how these 'captains' did aquire that key themselves, but whatever, no difference
