I seem to be a bit stuck. I've killed the minecrawler queen, got the eggs, talked to the baals, ian and drake. I don't have a journal entry for anything after opening the gate and thorus and cor kalom are acting as if the quest still needs to be completed. Do i need to talk to anyone else?

Yes i did and he didn't have anything "new" to say either. Might have been a bad save or something. I'll go back to the queens area and make sure that she's still dead.

Decided to restart. Was using a pregened charactor anyway. Think i did stuff out of order. Thorus said "congradulations on becoming a shadow" when he should have promoted me to guard. Sometimes the game is a little buggy about continunity stuff like that.

Cheating could explain why your game screwed...starting over was a good idea
