|
Hey ladies and gentlemen. Im new here.
Im having some problems with the interface since i dont know how to equip a weapon/item. I have accessed my inventory and tried everything from pressing about pressing every single key on my keyboard. Another problem is that i dont know how to pick up items from a chest.
If someone could help me i would apreciate it |

Basically to interact with items you need to use the action + the up arrow key. The same applies for the inventory. When you want to use or equip an item hold the action key and press the up arrow key. The action key is usually Ctrl or the LMB.
To move items from a chest to your inventory you must use the left and right arrow keys with the action keys. So use the arrow keys to navigate to the item you want to move to your inventory, then once it is highlighted press the action key plus the right arrow key to move the item to your inventory. You can also use other keys to move larger amounts of items. Be sure to check out the FAQ on GothicDot. It contains a good explaination of the controls and how to use them to your advantage. _________________ Freeeeeeedom! Thank heavens it's summer!

"Other keys" -- notably Alt for 100 or all the items in the slot, whichever is less. So Ctrl-Up for equipping, eating, using etc or taking one, Alt-Up for taking items in large quantities. Took me a long time to find this out! |
