More councilmen needed - Redoran

I was being sponsored by Sarethi, and he told me that he couldnt advance me more in house Redoran, i should get the support of more council members. For some reason the other council members don't give me any dialogue option to advance/do duties. So what now? Sarethi told me that Larethi (or something) Would be hard to convince, but i should prove myself to him by doing whatever he asks - and he asks for nothing.

These might be dumb questions:

1. Did you do the Milk mine quest for him?
2. Did you click on EVRYTHING in the dialog window that pops up for the council members (the items listed on the right and the blue words)? I click until nothing is left to ask.

After you do the Milk mine quest you then get to help the council member who has had her house taken by corpus infected creatures. One council member wants you to play cupid (the things we stoop to for advancement).

Also if you want to advance make sure you got you stronghold up. Dumb Sarethi won't mention that you have support but the stronghold is not yet finished :/
