I'm from canada, i ordered from game.uk.com, they sent me an email saying it's shipped on Friday the 13th (yeah i know, bad omen or what? =)), I'm still waiting for it, but it can't be too long from now =)
i hear gogamer.com will also ship to canada (or at least to the U.S.).

Join the club, order the game from gogamer.com like many of us already did  They easily ship UK version around the States, so it won't be hard for them to ship it to Canada, too.

I hate paying for the shipping costs and getting burned on the exchange rate through the CC company. I've waited this long, I can wait a bit longer.
A lot of awesome games are on the way though and I only have X amount of dollars to spend on them so if they want my biz, they better hurry.
