2 Questions
   

#1 a quest for the fighter's guid in Vivec requires you to collec a bounty on a person in the cencus office at Syna neen(incase i spelled wrong the starting town) but i have searched for them and i can't find them if u know wher they are plz tell

#2 how do u set the recall point?

#1 - There are 2 Census buildings, the one you start out in when you make your character is one, leave that building, look across the path and you will see another Census building. You must pick the lock to get inside.

#2 Recall spell or potion will instantly transport you to your Mark. Mark is a permanent spot you can set by drinking a Mark potion or casting a Mark spell on yourself. You can then drink a Recall potion or cast a Recall spell on yourself to instantaneously go back to where that point is. You can change your Mark point anytime, Recall will take you back to the last spot you Marked yourself.
