Where, if anywhere, does RFS-81 reappear after you've dismissed him? I went back to the Mine Tunnels area where I first found him and he isn't there.

Please don't tell me that the vanishing RPC bug is back to haunt me again.

Whereever you left him. RFS-81 is the one NPC that doesn't go anywhere when you dismiss him.
