I bought my game from Amazon last week and it came without a bonus Cd (as advertised on the cover!). After a week of 'phone calls trying to find out what to do next (return or not), they have told me that the manufacturers JoWooD had sent out a bad batch. I have just come from my local Game shop where I had asked them to open one of their Arx games. Guess what - no CD!
I have a choice - send my game back to Amazon (oh no!), or complain to JoWooD. I would like to assume that I'm not the only person to whom this has happened?!

I never got one either.  Don't send it back.

I never even had it offered and have seen nothing about it. Keep the game and play on. It doesn't need a bonus. Contact JoWood here on the forums first. Use the first thread here if you like to get things started. If there is a bonus cd I'd like to hear about it and find out where to get it for myself. Keep us posted on what you find out. 
P.S. I just went to Amazon to see what they had on their ad and they don't even have the game listed now for sale. What is up with that?

Doesn't sound like a "must have" CD to me, but if you really want this material, then you should probably request it from JoWood directly. |

Not a must have for me either. I had just not heard of it and was curious as to what was on it. Thanks for the info.
