Problem with the weed monopoly quest (spoilers)

Cor Kalom told me to go to the front of the new camp and deal with the weed growers.

I go there and find a guy named Jacko, who won't talk to me. I've tried both killing Jacko and beating him up, but Cor Kalom won't recognize either of those as completing the quest.

Instead, Cor Kalom keeps asking for the 500 ore from the delivery of the weed to the Old Camp. I gave that to him earlier, and even if I give him an additional 500 ore he doesn't respond to the ore monopoly quest.

Anyone know of a solution to this problem?

weed monopoly quest is where u dont have to talk to anyone u just have to locate the secret cave in front of the new camp, where there are 3 guys inside the cave, 2 of the guys are weed mixers and the third guy is their body guard protecting the cave, you will have to kill all 3 from what Cor Kalom told. He said they are trying to make weed of their own and this cannot be, so he said u know what to do, which means u have to kill them... its not hard finding that cave, just instead of going to the entrance of the new camp, go to the left sideof the entrance and keep going until u see the cave and light inside, but beware of the bodyguard he will chase u out! so u have to kill him quickly
