Voodoo3 and MW, Lost cause, or is there a way? |
|
While I wait to get paid and then buy a TI4600, is there a way to get MW running on a Voodoo3.
My guess is the answer is no, but if there are any clever people that figured it out drop me a line.
The error that I am receiving is a Frame Buffer overflow when I start the game.
Also, I can't get the editor to work either?

Well guys im sad to say that i have retired my Voodoo 3 3000 this is your frame buffer problem we were a great team for many good games but i had to replace her and i did so with a geforce 2 mx 400 64 md video card for $80.00 and MW runs beautifully. |

If you need a cheap card that will run MW fine, look up the XTASY GF2 GTS card for $46 on newegg.com.
It is easily overcolckable to match a GF2 Pro/Ultra.
Best under $50 card you can get, bar none.... |
