Is it possible to kill to minecrwler queen with a crossbow? i killed a guard with my bonebow (fast enough so that he only managed to hit me once with his crossbow) and well, loooted him and got a small crossbow that does more damage than my strongest melee weapon. (crossbow=50 damage my sword=33 damage) i heard somewhere that the queen of minecrawlers is immune against projectile weapons. is this true? if she is just very resistant, its okay, cause i have about 90 bolts, and about 4000 ore (to buy more bolts) |

I think you can damage her with a crossbow. So shoot away.

Yes. She is way too easy to kill. I wasn't even very good with a bow and killed her with about 50 arrows. |

She is still easy to kill with your melee. Just run up hit her and back off, after she makes her move, do it again. Just keep doing that. I know it works cause I never got hit doing it. |

She just hits with her big front legs. You can just run up and start swinging at her, r/l r/l r/l... as long as you don't break the side to side rhythm she won't have a chance to hit you.
And yes, crossbows work wonderfully!

I did it with the crossbow, and it's really easy. Just keep shooting and she'll die. Then she ain't able to hit you though  ! |
