second blade Quest, missing npc?? |
|
darn got a big problem.
the spy guy tells me to go and talk with sharn gra-muzgob in mage guild at balmora but she isn't there anymore
so I loaded a save game I made when I started the game check if she was there and she was. where did she go? is this a gameplay bug? what do I do?
I only made a couple of saves in the early part of the game(I use quicksave/quickload alot).
would be fucked if I had to do it al over again I played hours and hours.
I did alot of guild missions before I started with the main plot. |

Im stuck at the same point myself.
I think she dissapeared once you get the Telvanni spy quest. I didnt took that quest cause i didnt want to ruin my Telvanni faction, i will take that quest and see if i can find that NPC.
Using the console to fix the MAIN PLOT quest seams kinda wrong to me . |

I've had the same problem in my Breton Mage game. I would leave Balmora, go to the fighters guild to report back in, sleep there and go over to the mage guild and she would be gone. I would then bring back a save game, leave Balmora, but instead of going to the fighters guild I would go to the Mage guild, go to sleep and she would be still be there when I awake.
My theory (hear me out before you start laughing) is I think she floats up into the roof and disapeares. She is really there just in a demension of the game world you can't get to. The reasons I say this is that I have seen her float up and down before my eyes (and NO I do not drink or take drugs while playing this game). And my character has actually disapeared in a cavern (after doing some magic) and then reapeared in the game world below the floor of a cavern. I can see the shape of the caveran and the feet of the creatures sticking through the floor. It's like I feel through the floor.
I put it down as a bug and work my way around it. |
