And where do you find this mighty fork? I want that one, then the Dremora can eat my shorts! I wanna have a big fork nailing people to the ground! MUAHAHAHHA!!!!
The Iīll enchant it: The Nasty Fork of UTTER DOOMIFICATION +40, making 200 pinching-damage!

Seriously though, I havenīt heard of this quest at all, but, if I do, Ill let you know!

Fork...

By this quest, I believe you mean the one that Sheogorath gives you from the shrine under St. Delyns Canton in Vivec. The fork is the northernmost island.

Use the Mages Guild to get to Sadrith Mor. From there take a boat to Dagon Fel. Open up your world map and you'll see an island to the far northwest. This is the island that contains the Shack of Big Head. The fork you seek is the Fork of Horripilation, which has a constant effect of 200 Drain Magicka on Self.

The reward for the quest is the Spear of Bitter Mercy, which is probably the best unique Spear in the game, that I know of.

So the fork aint a dangerous weapon then? I wanna have a fork! Maybe I should get 3dmax or whatever itīs called and whip one up myself. A big fork, with sharp pointy teeth, and a nice grip and... oh, Iīm spamming arenīt I? Sorry everyone...
