Can' solve this mission. I have spoken to Andre, the whore in borthel, the dude who stole the weed, the dude who was accused of stealing it and the dude from whom it was stolen from (yea, i'm REALLY bad with names) and noone gives me the option of continuing the mission. Anyone knows how to deal with that? |

Dar gives you the clue you need when he says he sold it in the city. So go look for it in the City, its there somewhere in the docks. |

After a quick search of the forums, it appears a rather uncouth fellow named "Guard" has it in a warehouse. Or at least, he has the key to the chest which contains the weed package. Go ahead and kick his bum if you like.
The search function is a beautiful thing. I can answer people's questions without even playing the game.

Some people have a better chance finding the swamp witch than using search 
That's not about anyone in particular, just an observation

What has that to do with this topic?
When you have talked to Dar you go to the storehouse in the harbor of Khorinis. Go a few times to the guard who is guarding the second floor of the building, so he is getting mad and wants to kill you. Don't let him kill you, but kill him and take the key. In the chest in the second room to your right is the weed package. Bring it to Cipher (or something...) on Onar's farm and the quest's done.
