Where do I report game bugs?

I found one where in teh first town, I swam across to the dock where I first walked off teh ship, and I tried to jump the rope of teh dock, well, I got stuck in the rope, coudltn go foward or back.. I could travel along the rope though haha, until I jumped into the fence post into wich the rope led.. From there on, no movement into any direction. Had to reload the game, ect..

hmm, found the way out of such bugs.. IN console, disable colligions by typing TCL and then walk out of the object, and to somwhere above ground, and reenable coligions TCL again.. That neutralises the effects of the annoying bug
