Advice on where to get better light armour?
   

My level 9 custom thief type is stuck wearing Chitin everything right now. I have magic weapons galore, including a Daedric Wakizashi, but nothing special for armour. On top of that, I am playing a Khajit, so I can't wear full helms or boots.

I haven't seen any better light armour. Can some one point me in the direction of something of higher calibre for either purchase or theft?

Score glass armor in ghostgate, dusk tower IIRC. This is a full set with a small shield not a tower shield. A glass tower shield is in HouseHlaalu Canton vault in Vivec.
