The EscalatorI don't know if anyone else ever found this

I don't know if anyone else ever noticed this, but there is a place where some
mountain vertices come together. Near the bandit camp on the way to it. You
can travel down as a Bloodfly to where three giant triangles come together. Then you change back into a human and move forward one hex, and you are pushed back all the way up the incline. Probably around 40 hexes. It's sort of funny.

Interesting.

Where is it exactly in relation to the tug's camp? N, S, E, W? How many paces?

Sorry I wasn't more specific, its been a while. Heading north from the OC on the way to the bandits camp you travel up to a valley that narrows into a draw. Its before the valley begins to narrow. Its in the mountains to your right but you are still quite a ways from the bandit camp. You can climb up on some rocks, or turn into a blood fly, its not very high up, it's then due east into the mountains, but as you travel further the mountains come up around you. If you follow the hills north of the OC, keeping them to your right you should be able to find it. On the global map it's about 1/3 of the way between the number 1 and the letter k.
