I got to level 6 as a fire magician. But I can't find any level 6 scrolls to make level 6 runes  . Where can I buy them??

Nope, none of the guys in monastery sell scrolls of 6th circle  .

you have to learn how to make a rune before the spell scroll appears, Gorax and Karras should have them.

I got all of mine from Gorax or Karras.
Edit: I meant all circles also (Except destroy undead, always seemed to find that one.)
