you dont need uriziel and be in chapter 6 to get into the sixth circle. you do need 40 skill points though. merely get into the sleepers temple, and then go back. He will then admit you into the 6th circle.

To be a necromancer...you have to be magic based. Doesnt matter fire or water. U can only join necromancer in the last chapter. |

I think Jaz is right....as the story progress there are so much plots, happenings and confusions that I can't remembewhen exactly but I think its chap 4 or 5. Much later on only will you able to reach circle 5.
There are 3 main mages in the entire story...Corristo, Saturas & Xardas.
I will give you a hint. So I won't spoil it for you.
One of them will be away soon...so there only 2 left.
One of the 2 remaining mages can teach you circle 5 when your time comes. Try it out |

the funny thing is that i berly have side quests.. i only have the lurker in the dam side quest.. my last side qust (that i did) was in chapter 1...
am i not talking to people enof? |

From what you've mentioned then you are in the New Camp ?
There are LOTS of quest in New camp....and I should inform you that new camp is divided into 2 distinct region. New camp and free mines. Both are AWAY from each other but belong to the same camp
Tons of quest as well. With the rogues, the mercenaries, and others , you;ll have plenty 
Yes...you haven't spoken to enough people.
Don't ignore the rice workers too...one of them can help you tremendously later on. |

Im in the old camp... im a fire mage... i just "lost" Y'berion
too bad about him.. he was the nicest man after laster and mayb after angar (cor angar)... im glad kor kolom is gone! i hated him...
but will another spiritual leader is about to be gone? |

Did you play Gothic 2 first? then now you are paying Gothic 1 for the first time? If you did.....then its really fun to find out how you actually meet all these character in the beginning..almost like a prequel
OK....then you have LOTS and LOTS of quest ahead of you and you will definitely enjoy it ... I did 
Yes....Lester is one of my most favourite character. He's grouchy, quiet, mysterious but a total nice guy ... I just love his character.
YUP..Y'berion is gone and its really really sad becoz I like Y'berion too and he is ..to me..among the most charismatic of all the leaders.
Its too bad he goes off so early in the game...would really love to be a templar and deal more with him..... 
HAHAHAHAHAH true !!! Cor Kalom is such a "beeyeach" !!! I can't say I hate him...I just couldnt stand him.
After Y'berion's departure....
I will not give you names,.coz I don't wanna spoil it for you.......
Another spiritual leader mad becoz of possession by side effects of the sleeper. I assume you've already met Nyras who also went mad??
Its really sad becoz these are basically nice guys and they are almost your friends as well.
What I did was...when they attack....I knock them unconscious and take their weapon...then I just leave them. I didn't kill them becoz I knew it wasn't their fault....well..thats just me.
In any later chapters....when you return to the locations of these mad characters...you will see them wandering aimlessly in the wild...its sad.
Some will be okay by then, and they will even chat with you....some will still attack you with their bare hands but basically harmless.
This I find is very random. Some days they will be mad and some days they are totally okay.
By the way...have you found Shrat yet???? Rescue him !!! Poor guy 
But you gotta act fast and quick or else he will be eaten by 3 swampsharks.
If you rescue him..you can listen to his unhappy story......then he can be your travel companion till chapter 6.
Trust me...he is no "Mud"
he is much much nicer.
I had him with me since chapter 1 all the way thru chapter 6.
By the last chapter towards entering the sleeper temple for the last time ..I had a hard time saying goodbye to him  |
