I think you can find it in the ruins with the same name!
To reach this ruin from the Zainab camp in the Grazelands go west and when you reach the mountain go north until you find it.
I hope it's the one you're looking for...

Bye, Zerbus

Well, you could always buy a copy. My second time through I bought a copy in Balmora as I scanned through the available stuff from the barter command as I knew it would be useful later. Or you could try the rare bookstore in the Foreign Q. in Vivec, where it is, I think, a discussion topic but is certainly available. I'm assuming that this is a Mage Guild quest from Ald'ruhn.

Ok, that quest... for Dremvanni... I'll look it up...

Are you looking in Nchuleft, which is a ruin to the west of Vos, or are you looking in Nchuleftingth, which is a Mage's Guild Quest?

If you can't find it in the ruin... go to Tel Vos's Central and steal the plans from Aryon's Dwemer Loot Collection. Or, in Sorkvild the Raven's Tower in Dagon Fel. When I did this quest, I got the plans from Tel Vos.

P.S.: That title angered us greatly.

Err... whoops!

It can be found in the Holamayan monastery; the secret library in Vivec; Dorisa Darvel: Bookseller in Balmora; and at Jobasha's Rare Books in Vivec.

P.S.: The many " *Pain* *Hurt* *Slice* *Jab* "
