Anyone know if its possible to extract the G2 music from the VDF file (and convert to MP3)... so we can listen to it in Windows while we do other things? |

And is there any way we can insert our own mp3s into Gothic and/or Gothic 2?

Hey there Konny666,
The Gothic VDFS tool will extract and rebuild files from any VDFS volume
sound/textures etc' - -you can play them as wav's in win/xp (win media
player) which can also play MP3's but you will have to go to the microsoft
plugin page (do this by clicking options in win/med/player then tools/copy
music then MP3 info')
There is a thread just lower by patrax (new/old knights armor) it gives a good
tutorial how to begin with VDFS tool and other info's.
