I liked the demo but im still unsure as to whether to buy or not. You will probably say I should as you like the game enough to come here and talk about it. but is there any reviews of the game?

There are 2 English reviews so far. One is on this site, a link to the second is still on the news page (but will be gone in a few minutes).
Click on 'Games' and search for Gothic and reviews.

The most important thing is your opinion on the demo. The demo is the beginning of the game. If you like the demo youŽll like the game.

I never rely entirely on a reviewer's opinion, one person's folly is anothers folishness. If you like the game now, it only gets better. Try it, you'll like it

I don't think you can take someones armour when you knock them down or kill them, but you can take their stuff!

I spent alot of time in the demo. You see alot within it, and its great and fun, but its less than 25% of the game. The entire plot are experienced outside of it, all of the coolest monsters are found outside the demo area... The coolest areas are outside...

If you liked the demo, be sure to grab the original. In no RPG game I have felt this much freedom. I can go everywhere I dare across the colony, I can cook my own meal, smoke weed, play lute... I can make choices according to my own ideals, what I feel is right...

Its one of a kind, cannot be compared to any other RPG's I played, and deserves a spot next to my black isle games.

Best Regards
JemyM

That dude is good to beat up in the demo to grab his stuff. But not in the full game since there are far better alternatives.
