Can't find anything useful in Ilnara Cave

I cleared it out, as far as I can tell, and only found a very good longsword. I must have missed something in there, but I've been through there twice. No loot, no chests, no nothing. What am I supposed to find? The journal talks about a powerful wizard, but he ain't there right now.
