Welcome, the friend. Your English seems fine (probably better than mine  ) so if your teacher does kill you, I hope they throw the book at him!
I'm not really a big football fan (and fellow Englishmen here will probably be shaking their heads in shame now), but my hometown's local team is Middlesbrough. I don't follow them, and I don't watch football much, but I do like to watch a good match from time to time - and Middlesbrough occasionally beat Man Utd. which is always a pleasure to see  |

My home town's teame is Preston North End, I don't really go to watch them because I'm not a massive football fan, also Preston are a crap team, they just keep losing games at the moment.
