Pilgrim's Path-Seven Graces

Thinking I might could get rid of the "Mark of Zenithar", I undertook the pilgrimage to the Seven Shrines as discribed in the "Pilgrim's Path". From another post, I see that is not the answer to removing the "mark". I have carefully followed the path and visited all the shrines. I'm pretty sure my journal was "updated" after praying at each, except the one in the Puzzle Canal. I gave the S. Longsword to the Daedra, prayed and got my benefits for a full day, but no journal "update" and the priests still say I haven't completed my pilgrimage. Anyone got experience to share on this?

Read the little shrine. Then you have to "drown", that will extend a bridge into the room with the Daedra and the real shrine. You will need a silver longsword. There are several in the chest there in the room with the Daedra. Post back if your journal records your prayer.
