Who is the fourth Baal i have to see, I have Baal namib, the swamp gather guy and the getnew followers, whois the fourth?
do i have to beat kirgo to get into the old camp?
How do i get to the leader of the rogues?

B) No, but you have to fight him, win or lose
C) Talk to Mordrag, he'll give you a ring to let you see Lares

There are actually five baals you can impress. Just search around the sect camp. You actually don't have to fight Kirgo to join the old camp. Just do the other quests to impress Diego. You can fight Kharim and lose to him and still impress Diego though. Make sure you put your ore somewhere first so he doesn't steal it.

hmm not sure if you mentioned him, but at the NEW camp you should sell stuff for a baal and you can get his vote then to. Kirgo must be defeated to impress Scaty, but you can lose from Kahrim, cause its a New Camper Scatly likes your choise  |

In the NC the Baal you meet doesn't give a vote for you, he gives you the mega-weed that you have to use on the Baal in the square of the sect temple.
