From journal : "Big Helende told me that a client, Tusamircil, wanted a good recipe for a Dispel potion. The best alchemist in Sadrith Mora is Anis Seloth, and Big Helende thinks I can find this recipe in Anis Seloth's shop."
Where can I find this recipe? I ended up killing both her and the guard.  |

No you're not; I can't complete this one either but if I do work it out, I promise to post the solution. Meanwhile, maybe someone else will help us.
