You can only get in if you cheat. There's nothing really exciting in there though.

I think its something the developers were working on, but it never got done before they had to release. There is a key that you never see in the game that opens that door:

Use the 'k' function to teleport through the door.

Castle armory?
Is it the door next to Gomez's room?
I got into there with some key I found, I can't remember where, though (I think I picked the lock). It goes up into the tower.

No, there is one in skip's little shop area, the keys Gomez and his companion drop do not open that door.

I'm not sure about that, the world of Gothic is big, so maby this key is somewhere hide in the game. Bud no one ever find him.
