Pickpocket help please

Once I gain the picketpocket skill, will I be able to pickpocket all NPCs or only unnamed ones or only very select ones the game designer wanted me to? I know it is not necessary, but having finished the game once, I am looking for different methods of play. However, if the game really only allows you to pickpocket the unnamed NPCs it will be useless since they never have anything of value. If you can verify one way or the other, please do.

Well i remember i robbed with that skill only Diggers but still its real cool to robb those lamers hehehe

there is a way to get good amor without joining just go to carter info skreen then type in marvin,Hit Esc use move arrows and hit o and u got control of the guy
