Did you try Ghostgate. There is a Glass-smith on the bottom level of the left tower (dawn?) |

I robbed the glass smith at Ghostgate but he didn't have Greaves or gauntlets.

Unfortunately I'm a mage. No sneak ability and chameleon doesn't seem too effective. You can get the cuirass, helm, greaves and boots from the fighters guild in Ald-Ruhn. There's a level 80 locked door right in the middle with no one around so you can pick at it for as long as you like without setting off the alarm. |

To the previous guest poster: I am a pure mage too, with no stealth/stealing ablities.
But I have powerful spells. Just invest some time and research Chameleon 100%, Lock Pick 100%, Telekinecy etc... they're really helpful if you know how to use them.
If you use chameleon spell, it usually does not work if someone is watching at your direction. With a little bit of patience and luck you can do it.

Where is the Telvanni vault. I found one with two storm astronach's in it but the two chests in the room had nothing interesting. I did rob the Redoran treasury though and while it had a couple of pieces of glass armor it didn't have the pieces I needed. I did manage to get 6000 gold a few glass and ebony weapons and some soul gems though. There was almost a complete set of Ebony armor in there as well if anybody is looking for it. I'll probably just go to ghostgate to get the rest of the armor but I still wouldn't mind the extra cash. Thanks for the help. |

rob the Hlaalu vault. I do it with every toon that I make...it is pretty fun. You will have to kill everyone though. You will get all the glass pieces except the gaunlets but that shouldn't matter because when you kill Dagoth (something) and get the corpus disease there are some bad ass heavy guanlets that even with a low heavy armor skill they were still better than glass. Have fun! |
