How to open lock level 50?

I am far away in the game but can't open this door with master pockpik or scroll of unhinging.
Suggestions?? Maybe a grandmaster lockopick somewhere? (didn't work out to kil the thieves in Balmora

There is a spell, a spell of: Ondhrussi's (sp) Unhinging. It should work, and is found at Mage's Guilds.

I bought a spell of unhinging from a mage in Vivic (Foreign Canton). Then I went and created a spell that opens up lock level 100. It comes in handy for those too complex locks
