Crypt - Level 4: How to Open Graves?

Just started exploring the crypt to get that shield. How do you open the graves. I can click on the grave stones to see who's buried where, but can't find anywhere to access the actual graves.

How do you open them, and where are they?

You need a pick-ax... Use it on the covers.
