This could be it. Have you done all those quests for the Sect Camp and become a guard or firemage? |

If you've mastered 1 handed weapons, Thorus will teach you two handed.
Yes, you have to do the crawler quest in order to become a guard. It's a fun quest. I like it.

Gomez is in his throneroom. Castle, first floor. Past the kitchen.
Gomez' room is in the castle. Second floor, middle door. It also has a throne (pompous little git, isn't he? ) and a bathtub and a canopy bed.

As tempting as it is, you can't kill Gomez yet anyway, He's immortal until later in the game. You can steal all his stuff though, it's a small victory, but a victory none the less.

You could buy stuff from the blacksmith in the castle courtyard, depends what guy you reffered,if is Skip you could buy stuff from the beggining of the game, you have to say all the dialog lines is some order,I did once and he let me to buy from him, sorry but I don't remember the order of the dialog(maybe I'll try again these days to see the the order of the dialog lines) and if is Stone you talk about then I don't know when you can buy armor from him,all I now is that on the end of the game he will help you.

Everythingzen: How could you LIKE the minecrawler queen quest? I spent 40mins trying to get out of the dark, unlit nest. finally, i used the console and the goto waypoint thing.

I followed my blood-trail out. Torches and Light spells were MADE for that one quest... it's the only place you need them in the game. Why deny them their purpose to exist?

The light spell at least is very pretty when you're doing somersaults with acrobatics... I did it all the time in the Sleeper's Temple, just for the effect...

Some places should be Darker. I didn't like how undergound areas with no set torches around were still well lit. Especially in places like Xardas' old tower, that should have been completely dark. That, the minecrawler nest and most of the Sleepers Temple all should have been darker. It would aleast give the torches and light spells more value.
