Ok im at the sleeper and i had all 5 swords i was able to pierce 4 hearts but it seems as though my 5 sword disappeared any idea |

It happens once in a while. Depending on which sword you are missing, here are the insertion codes:
smarvins (or bmarvinb) F2, then:
i Weltenspalter
i Lichtbringer
i Zeitenklinge
i Daemonenstreich
i Bannklinge

It happens when you're inserting the sword into the shrine while the Sleeper's fireball hits you.
