SWG: New Mass Gathering Policy

<strike>Due to an increasing number of in-game protests</strike> ... Due to an increasing popularity of certain in-game events, SOE has now announced a new <a href="http://forums.station.sony.com/swg/board/message?board.id=in_live&message.id=28587#M28587" target="_blank">Mass Gathering Policy</a> for 'Star Wars Galaxies'. In short: If a CSR asks you to leave, leave... or you might be forced to leave forever.

SOE Mission Statement: The beatings will continue until morale improves.

All I can say is this, Jump to Lightspeed better be damn near perfect, or I'd bet SWG slides into oblivion. Of course, that's easy for me to say since the ground game doesn't interest me anymore, nor the grind to Jedi. But someone has gotta agree with me here...

I left SWG long long ago (just a couple months after beta ended when I realized it wasn't getting any better).

I guess all the devs and Sony folks play the Empire when they play SWG huh? Because this sure sounds like Empire behavior to me (i.e. cowardly totalitarian, YOU WILL NOT PROTEST OR YOU WILL BE BANNED, crap).

I'd so love for them to go under. I mean for this (not just because the game is boring as hell). But sadly I bet most people just keep on keepin on and don't cancel. All I can say is, ENJOY. I'm glad I cancelled when I did.

SOE are such Nazi's

Always have been always will be. Why anyone would play one of their games and put up with this garbage is beyond me.
