Is this available to users in NA? I can't even order the game from Amazon UK to here. They won't ship it.

I was really impressed with the Demo of this game. One review thought it was pretty good imporvement on Prince of Qin as an action game but didn't like all the Dialogue. To me without Dialogue a game has no depth. This game interests me a lot.

Yes - anyone can enter. GMX Media will be sending the winning copies out directly and they are aware of our international audience.

As for ordering it (assuming you don't win ), have you tried GMX Media's online store?
