First Test - First Impressions

I FINALY got to play Morrowind! This is what i tought about it:

The installation was very smooth and fast. The menus was clean and easy to understand. The beginning of the game was great, same as the creation of your character and the ability to customize it!

I was a little confused on how to use my dagger, but i figured out pretty fast. I liked the game play, the feeling! I talked to a few NPC's, but i was to impacient so i went to this town where i should meet someone. I didn't pay much attention, i just wanted to test, i think Im making a new character later on. Anyway, i got to the town, bought a short sword. "Hey, this is pretty nice" i said, also i bought a armor.

This is my system:

AMD T-Bird 900
256 Mb RAM
Geforce 2 MX
Windows XP

And, i must say, the game is very playable. Indoors, its going REALY smooth, outdoor i get lower FPS, but there is nothing you can't stand. Its running okay! Realy.

Thats my first feeling, I realy like this game!
Now, im going to sleep, its 05:00 in the morning.

Good night!

Sweet! Glad to hear things are going well for you, man..

I know you were one of the ones that was a bit worried about frame rates and such. Congrats on getting the game, and even bigger congrats on being happy with it!!

I hope when I get my game everything goes as smoothly as it did for you! Happy gaming pal!

Your not the only one...

Believe me brother,

your not the only one who fell in love with this game. despite the shortfalls, there is nothing like the ability to just move around freely in another world far away. it's brilliant...

I have an AMD 1Ghz system and it seems adequate for me... then again i do have a Geforce 4 Ti4600. But im not sure if i have enough RAM Does anyone know how much RAM this game can utilize? I would be happy to pick some more RAM up if it would help things out...

Thanks...
