I think I have killed all the animals in the demo.
How long til they start reappearing?
Is it game time or normal time tht makes them reappear?
Like should I make my guy go sleep for a couple weeks game time or should I leave the game running for a few hours?

I don't know but I've only seen animals reappear once or twice throughout the game.

Several animals respawn at the beginning of every chapter (there are 6 chapters in this game).
But there is one important thing you need to know about this "respawning":
creatures that are somewhere will stay there and if there should respown some more, they will respawn - then there will be more of them.
So if you wait with killing them, you will lose NO expirience.
F. E. if there are 6 molerats in cave at the end of 1st chapter and there should respawn 2 molerats at the begining of 2nd chapter, there two basic possibilities:
- if you kill 6 of them in 1st chapter, there will be 2 molerats in 2nd chapter
- if you do not kill them in 1st chapter, there will be 8 molerats in 2nd chapter.
Uf, difficult for me to describe it in english
