only five conquerable castles ?!? out of 500 clans ?!?

this means that hardly anybody is going to have a real chance except for those extremely rude Chinese bot-herding sheep-friendly adena-hounding clans...

they should have made the clan size a LOT bigger, that would have made guild wars a lot more fun.

Ammon, looks like there's a lot that you don't know about L2 clans Clans of level 0 can only have 10 members, but once you get it to level 1 you can have 15, and it goes up with each of the 5 levels (I don't know exactly by how much though). And, by the way, a clan has to be at least level 4 to even be allowed to seige a castle! ...

And, FYI, to get to level 1 the clan leader needs to sacrifice something like 30,000 skill points and 650,000 adena Level 2 requires 150,000 skill points and 2,500,000 adena Level 4 simply requires the trivial amount of 1,400,000 skill points and 16 million adena.

On the server I play I think there are only 3, or maybe 4 clans that are at least level 3 (you know it because you see that the clan name is displayed above a character's head - which can only be allowed once a clan reaches level3). Maybe 1 or 2 of those are level 4? Yeah... the wars are going to rage left and right! 5 castles is PLENTY in this game, as the number of clans who will even be able to participate in seiges will be very few. Which again goes to show how much grind this game puts on the players... You can read about it in my review, or wait until I post an update after I look at Chronicle 1.

oohh.. i thought you can only have like 40 people per clan. okies im looking forward to seeing what you say in your review of Chronicle 1, because imo i doesnt look very different for the newer players. i mean people like me that dont spend 12 hours playing L2 grinding.
