1) After I found that Dexter is responsible for the wanted messages, I went to his place, got the tiny 25xp award and then beated the shit of everyone there since they were bandits... Now I am unsure if I did the right thing - Was there another point to the whole Dexter situation? Any reason for me not to kill them all?
2) For some reason the fighting combo of FORWARD + LEFT/RIGHT is not working and logic tells me that it should. When I do forward and then try to hit left or right, the character hits forward and then strafes left/right. Is there really no such combo? While we're on the subject, what combos are there? Excluding the regular LEFT + RIGHT and the FORWARD + FORWARD + FORWARD?
3) In Gothic 1 I used to fry a lot of meat together by pressing the mouse button and then pressing FORWARD a lot. For some reason it doesn't work that way in Gothic 2 and it pisses me off a bit. Is there any quick combo to fry all the meat as fast as possible?

1. nope, you did ok
2. I'm assuming you have'nt "learned" so you can do that combo. I personally like forward, block, left, right 
3. Unfortunately no......and it DOES suck.

You will have more combos available everytime you get a new grade in you weapon skill. The grades are at 30%, 60% and 90%

@VitalyB,
Frying meat is done by just clicking the left mouse button....no need for forward arrow...you have to be in front of a stove to do this (natch)..
