Who can teach me Dragon scales
   

i'm in Chapter4...When i arrive to Valley of Mine...i met a bunch a Dragon Hunters...i talk to one of them who can teach me Dragon Scales but i dont have LP at the time...so i go back to them when i have a LP before kill any dragon but they have all gone expect for Bliff...Can someone tell where i can find him to teach me to hunt Dragon scales...

Yes. Once you reach the castle and report your presence to the paladins, all the dragon hunters, except Biff, will move to the place where you previously killed a bunch of lurkers for some diggers in Chapter 2. The following map will give you the exact direction of their camp:



The dragon hunters' camp is marked in cyan. Other important landmarks are marked as well for your reference.
