there is no cast when strike option on my screen.... why? |

That option appears on the screen when you enchant something. If you want the item to cast when it strikes then you MUST select this option to become part of the enchantment on the item AT THE TIME you enchant the item.

I mean that on my enchantment screen at the range option I have only "self", "target" and "touch". I try to enchant my sword with fire damage. And whatever option i selected i got a cast when used weapon. |

On the first screen of enchanting, at the spot where you see cast when used, that is an option spot - select it and you will see cast when strike come up.

you can only use cast on strike with weapons, and it dosent seem to work on Bows. |

It doesn't work on bows, because they don't strike. It's the arrow that hits the target. Enchant them.

For enchanting a weapon, when you first select the spell, choose target. The spell line will say something like "5-7 fire damage on target". Then click the button in the lower left corner to change it from cast on use to cast on strike. |
