The Complete Morrowind Collector's Edition Box Contents |
|
Hello all,
I just picked up a copy of the Morrowind Collector's Edition. It is priced at $15 more so I thought you might be interested in exactly what it came with:
(1) 1 Game CD and 1 Construction Kit CD in hard plastic keepsake. THe keepsake has full color inserts for the front/back. The CDs themselves have full color lables
(2) 1 Game soundtrack CD. This CD is placed in a cardboard insert. The CD is again color labled.
(3) The pewter figurine that comes in a seperate small box. It looks really detailedm although it is pretty small. About 1.5 inches tall. It looks cool.
(4) 48 page DVD-sized color game manual. Sturdy glossy paper, nice quality.
(5) The Art of Morrowind book. Again it is 48 pages but has larger deminsions than the manual. A little bit smaller than a comic book. Full color glossy paper, high quality printing. It just contains the concept art drawings and has no text.
(6) Poster sized fold out paper map of the land. Again, this is full color and looks pretty nice.
(7) A postcard sized color advertisement for the strategy guide; A small paper insert about how the copy protection might screw up legitimate copies of the game; and one postcard sized registration card.
... Now to brew some coffee, smoke some weed, and begin the adventure  |

Yeah, a cloth map would have been cool. But I really don't remember them ever promising a cloth map.
The map is pretty cool though still. A cloth map this size would be more of a blanket than a map. |

Shall I send my Slaaneshi troops to jump on their legs, Horus ?
I'll have - in all probability - to get the collector's edition as well. The other hasn't been advertised here yet. We'll see. _________________ Jaz |

The collectors edition seems well worth it I am assuming, but this EB at our mall is depressing on when the games comes to them. They keep changning and saying the next day. |
