nope, hang onto all the dragon roots and goblin berries
all you need are a lot more LPs
I went to the VoM and left with 40lps, since my str and sword were maxed I put all the points into alchemy. I saved before I did it, thinking I was just going to erase it anyway. I ended up keeping them, best idea I ever had
Problem is, the first time through G2 you wont know what to save, what to eat and what to sell until you know the recipes (which is like late chap 2-3)
My next run through will be with a pally and Im picking every single plant I find!
1st game I ended with 120 base str. This was because I would eat the dragon roots and goblin berries, didnt know you cook brew them or had to 'unlock' the perma-stat recipes
I bet there are people who ended the game with 150+ base str (not to mention all the free str pots and the big potion at the end) |
