Ok.
On one of the island far to the northeast (East of Dagon Fel) there is a lizard man. He s lying his heck of about tons of stuff. Seems to be somewhat of a coder's joke, but one or two things of his sayings are correct.
Now. Actually all of his statements are correct one or the other way, so here comes my question:
One of the things he mentions is a "party island" which appears only once a year on a certain date (some persons birthday).
Anyone with some insight into the code and some knowledge on birthday dates  : Is there such a certain date, and if, where is that island located?
Yes. I m only after the nudes of course  .

No, the two correct things are about the hidden shrine in the western ocean and the talking mudcrab merchant. And, he's a cat.

Cant there be something like a dungeon/island that only opens once a year on a certain date and a certain place?

Talking to him also screws up one of the uber sword quests if you haven't found a particular uber sword yet. One of the programmers made a boo-boo in the script. It was posted over on the bethesdasoft morrowind forums awhile back. The guy that made the mistake posted about it and explained how to fix it. something to do with a missing "=". |

And: I dont quite get it, so:
Where is that island everyone is talking about and when does it appear?
And if there is no such thing I would like to start a petition to code one.
